This is nikon cheapest lens kit, however the optic quality not as cheap as its price, really good especially compare to its price. Light weight, small, and fast focus. A must have lens among the nikon user, eventhough you already have the nikon 17-55 f2.8 AF-S, this lens kit still worth to collect. If you have a weak arm, use the VR version instead.

Yes, ... the build quality is not so good, especially the plastic lens mount, but what do you expect for under $100 lens, this lens give more than its price.
